ABOVE & BEYOND Traci Johnson is one of the best realtors we've ever worked with. She has been both our buyers and listing agent over the years and each time she delivers above and beyond! We had some challenges in the process of selling this home (none of which were Traci's fault), and she went completely out of her way to ensure that we could quickly sell our property. Listed, sold and closed in 30 days! She was in contact with us daily during the process- truly a great partner for anyone buying or selling! I can't say enough good things about her!

Traci Johnson is an excellent realtor. She's very personable,professional, & ambitious. Traci made what could have been a difficult process a very easy one. She informed my siblings & I on all the unforeseen situations with the buyer's realtor and loan manager. Traci also handled these unforeseen situations with dignity & integrity; Which made us feel confident that she was fighting for my siblings and I. Traci' s years of experience were needed and displayed in the sale of our childhood home. She's an outstanding realtor & Crye-Leike is lucky to have Traci Johnson on their team. I will definitely recommend her to others and Crye-Leike (because of her). I'm looking forward to working with Traci in the near future on my next purchase.

Traci was very helpful during the entire process and we really appreciated her flexibility with us, given that we were in a difficult situation trying to purchase a home from Korea. We had many questions about houses & neighborhoods, and she answered or found the answers. She helped us with data from closed sales so we could try to understand the market. Traci was very quick to respond, even when working with a 14 hour time difference. We appreciated that she understood the large time difference and the impact it had on us, especially when looking at houses very early in the morning Korea time. Looking at homes over facetime was very tricky, but Traci accommodated and recorded the tours when cell service wasn't supported at the homes; she really went above an beyond and always stayed positive even when it was hard for us to do so. We would highly recommend Traci!

I do not like the fee that Crye-Leike charges. Before referring someone to Crye-Leike they need to know about this fee. The agent fee was fine but Crye-Leike is making enough without additional charges. Loved Traci she was great
